Getting Your Real Estate Broker License

Real Estate Broker Requirements

To qualify for an Illinois Real Estate Broker License you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • Successfully complete the required 75  hours of coursework
  • Pass the state licensing exam
